Professional Experience

Jim Robertson joined the Barber Law Firm in 2000 after serving as a trial attorney for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas. He previously served as a law clerk to Justice Robert L. Brown on the Arkansas Supreme Court. Mr. Robertson is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Law Practice Group, Litigation Practice Group, and Products Liability Practice Group. He serves the firm's clients as lead counsel in a wide range of matters that include class actions, employment law, product liability, and commercial transactions, among others.
