Professional Experience
Michael Emerson has successfully defended manufacturers worldwide in products cases involving heavy trucks, motor vehicles, industrial equipment, fire-control equipment, boats, watercraft and petrochemicals.  He also deals in construction litigation involving catastrophic personal injuries and construction defects. As for premises liability experience, he has represented numerous national grocery chains, retail companies and malls in claims involving negligent security and premises maintenance. He also is heavily involved in all manners of commercial litigation.
