Professional Experience
An experienced counselor and litigator, Gail Ponder Gaines joined the Barber Law Firm in 1986. Her primary practice focus is defense of asbestos, products liability and workers compensation claims. Her clients include Honeywell International Inc., Firestone, Farmers Insurance Group and many local and national corporations and insurance companies. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a legislative research analyst and staff committee advisor for the Arkansas Legislative Council as well as law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
