Mr. Henry joined the firm in 1972 and concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation. His civil litigation practice includes an emphasis in the areas of product liability, legal malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and personal injury.
Mr. Henry is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association. He is a member and past President of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel. He is also listed in "The Best Lawyers in America” and was honored by the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel as its “Outstanding Defense Attorney” for 1997-1998.
Mr. Henry received his JD degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Hendrix College. He has attended numerous continuing legal education seminars and also has been a speaker at many continuing legal education programs. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Arkansas and in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Henry is past President of the Little Rock School Board, past President of Youth Home, Inc., and active in his local church. He is also a retired JAG officer in the USAR.
