Professional Experience

Allison Gladden concentrates her practice in the areas of business bankruptcy, corporate and business law, and business transactions. Allison is a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance Law Practice Group, Bankruptcy Practice Group, and Business & Corporate Law Practice Group. She has represented both debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy proceedings, and in litigation and transactions both in and out of bankruptcy. As part of her bankruptcy practice, Allison has become proficient in other disciplines, in particular information technology, public finance, and improvement district law. She is well-versed in the law of Arkansas limited liability companies, and has advised clients on a broad range of LLC matters, including formation, operating agreements, member and derivative actions, and membership interest buy-sell and securitization agreements. Allison joined the firm in 2020.
