The firm's construction law group works with clients, large and small, in an attempt to avoid legal issues before they arise, through careful execution of appropriate contracts and other performance agreements. If an issue cannot be resolved by reference to existing contracts and agreements, the firm's attorneys work with clients to explore whether alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, can resolve the matter without litigation. If the issue cannot be resolved short of arbitration or litigation, the firm's attorneys work with clients to aggressively defend and/or prosecute their claims.
