The Barber Firm's focus and strength has long been litigation. Our tort, transportation and insurance litigation group focuses on defending tort litigation filed against individuals and companies. We represent self-insured companies and companies defending litigation by virtue of a high SIR.

We are also approved counsel for a number of major insurers and claim administration companies who retain us to defend claims against their insureds.

Our attorneys work closely with clients to provide them with risk management training including incident avoidance, as well as proper accident investigation procedures. Finally, our attorneys work with our clients to develop the most cost-efficient manner in which to handle the litigation process.
