Mr. Marvin concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation. His civil practice includes contract and tort defense, products liability defense, personal injury defense, insurance defense, and general civil litigation. Mr. Marvin also practices in the area of insurance coverage analysis.
In 2002, Mr. Marvin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mr. Marvin graduated in the top 10% of his undergraduate class, received a 4.0 grade point average in all his major and minor courses, and was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
In 2005, Mr. Marvin received a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marvin served as Associate Notes Editor and Assistant Research Editor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. Mr. Marvin also served as the Research Editor of the Adelphia Law Journal, was a member of the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity, and received a William H. Bowen School of Law Dean’s Certificate of Public Service. Mr. Marvin is licensed to practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts, as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Eighth Circuit Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
