Benjamin K. Pollitzer joined the firm in fall 2009. He concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation, including commercial litigation, products liability defense, insurance defense and insurance coverage. He is licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas, and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association.
He graduated cum laude in 2009 from the University of Arkansas School of Law where he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. His comment was entitled “School Speech and Morse v. Frederick.” He also participated in the St. Petersburg Summer Law Institute in St. Petersburg Russia.
While in law school he also participated in several programs at the University of Arkansas School of Law Legal Clinic. This included the federal practice clinic where he performed individual bankruptcy work, the transactional clinic where he did corporate work for several North-West Arkansas non-profit corporations, and the criminal prosecution clinic where he worked to prosecute misdemeanors in the Fayetteville District Court. He was also the academic programs chair and the social chair of Phi Alpha Delta.
He attended Hendrix College and graduated with distinction in 2006 with a B.A. in History. At Hendrix he participated in NCAA Track and Field, as well as the Hendrix College Judo Club, Model U.N. and Student Congress organizations.
