Mr. McCulloch joined the firm in 1988 and specializes in civil litigation, including products liability, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, professional liability (legal), appellate practice, worker's compensation and employment discrimination defense. His practice includes the defense of lender liability and asbestosis litigation. He has spoken at seminars on professional liability of practicing attorneys and to insurance carriers on various aspects of Arkansas law.
Mr. McCulloch earned his bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in 1979 where he was a scholarship member of the Razorback football team. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas in January 1988 where he was a published member of the Arkansas Law Review, the National Moot Court Competition Team and the Moot Court Board.
Mr. McCulloch is admitted to practice before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Arkansas Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and was the 2005-2006 President of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel.
