Ms. Kolb joined the firm in 2000, and concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. Ms. Kolb is licensed to practice in both Arkansas and Ohio state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Ms. Kolb received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and with honors in History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1994. While at Miami University she was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honorary Society.

Ms. Kolb attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio and received her Juris Doctorate in 1997. While at Case Western, Cindy was a Senior Editor on Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine and was on the Moot Court Executive Board.

Ms. Kolb was an associate at the Cleveland law firm of Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder Co., L.P.A. from January 1998 to July 2000. She is a member of the Arkansas, Pulaski County, and Ohio State Bar Associations.
