Art Bell joined the firm in 2009. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, including personal injury defense, commercial litigation, product liability defense, and employment discrimination defense.

In 2005, Mr. Bell received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University graduating cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. While there, Mr. Bell was an active member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, holding various leadership roles.

In 2008, Mr. Bell received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. During law school, he competed on the Advanced Litigation National Trial Competition Team.

Mr. Bell received Top Paper in the Equity and Domestic Relations section of the July, 2008, Arkansas Bar Examination. After passing the bar exam, Mr. Bell completed a clerkship with the Honorable William R. Wilson, Jr., United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

Mr. Bell is licensed to practice in Arkansas, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations.
